Object: Diary of service on the Western Front, 1915-1916, World War One (volume)

I have no doubt the Germans have taken a good many guns south for the Verdun battle. I walked round the battery positions of the Corps group of Artillery today. The day was very warm & the cold weather seems to have gone for good.
