Casualties not very heavy. 23 June 1915 The Lincolns & Royal Fusiliers have been attached to the 7th Brigade & hold a portion of the line – the other regiments are still without officers & cannot go into the trenches 24 June 1915 General Haldane goes on leave and I take over command of the Division during his absence.
