We have had canvas huts built & in warm weather they are quite the best things to live in. 3 July 1915 Quiet day 4 July 1915 Leave camp in car at 1.30 pm & drive to HAZEBROUK – leave there at 2.50pm & reach Boulogne 8.30 pm. Stop the night at the Hotel du Louvre. 5 July 1915 Boat leaves at 10.30 am. Smooth crossing arrive Victoria at 3pm Kathleen meets me 6-8 July 1915 Gosport 9 July 1915 Leave Victoria at 7.20pm & get to Boulogne 11.30pm train takes us to Hazebroack where I get a car & arrive 10 July 1915 back at camp at 9.30am 11 July 1915 Brigade still resting.
